Just read a new survey in Women's Wear Daily (WWD) showing that the older the buyer, the more important quality of the apparel becomes. Just 49 percent of young adults, under the age of 24, focus on how long a garment will last. By the time you ask someone age 56, the percentage jumps to 84!
Tracey Lynn activewear attempts to strike a balance between quality and price which the WWD article says is critical coming out of a recession.
Do you think like the women in the survey? Asked by the Cotton Institute if they felt cotton apparel was of higher quality than synthetics 62 percent said yes. Also, do you agree that clothing today does not last as long as used to? In the survey 73 reported feeling that way.
