"The ING New England Golf Classic in Bloomfield, CT the second week in July is a great stop.  ING does a great job with the tournament and the player hospitality is great.  I will have to admit that one of my favorite things about the ING Classic is the town that we are in.  We are very close to West Hartford, and there are wonderful shops and boutique restaurants to dine with. When I am on the road traveling, I always try to find local flavor that I cannot find anywhere else.  With as much as we travel, I try to avoid chains.   West Hartford and Bloomfield are great for this.  Unfortunately, my golf this week was not "up to par"....
