Etiquette on the golf course is essential no matter where you play.  However, an exclusive invitation to play a private course, either in a small group or tournament, comes with certain expectations.

First, relax! If the invitation was from a business associate, it is to build your business relationship in a casual manner. If your friend extended the offer then it should be a relaxing and fun day with opportunities to meet some other great people.

Congrats to Carling Coffing and the other girls that won immunity on last night's Big Break Sandals Resorts challenge.  Carling and many of the other women golfers were wearing combination of black and white golf shirts and golf skorts similiar to the tracey lynn I ♥ Harvey collection.

Battling the summer heat is never an easy task, especially when you’re shooting a round of golf in the middle of the day.  There are plenty of great ways to combat the crying heat of summer.  Here are a few great tips to stay cool without skipping a beat in your golf game!

Early Tee Times:  Early tee times are an excellent way to avoid the heat of the day.  It’s also an ideal time to stay ahead of the mid-day foursomes that creep in and slow down the course. 

Carling Coffing survives another week on the Big Break: Sandals Resort! She went into the elimination challenge and won the first round of eliminations, scoring the highest out of all the girls.
